Charleston Area Chamber of Commerce needed more than a facelift—their old site couldn’t keep pace with everything the Chamber actually does. We rebuilt it from the ground up on a new theme, integrated their member directory, restructured the membership sign-up flow so joining takes minutes instead of guesswork, and added a jobs page to connect local employers with the community. New tiers for New and Gold members, refreshed content throughout, and rebuilt galleries that finally show off the Chamber’s events and members properly. The result: a site that works as hard for Charleston as the Chamber does.
Untangling years of outdated content and disconnected tools, old member records, a clunky sign-up process, and no clear way to showcase events or job openings into one cohesive site.
